For more advanced line integration, WEC also supports the IPC-HERMES-9852 standard. This newer communication standard enables smooth machine-to-machine data exchange, particularly in mixed-vendor SMT assembly environments, while supporting network-based communication without traditional SMEMA signal cables.
This allows WEC equipment to be flexibly integrated into both existing and new SMT production lines.
